The New York Westchester Boston Railway 1906 1946

The New York, Westchester & Boston Railway was a high-speed electric commuter railroad that was built ahead of its time. This 21-mile interurban railway served the bucolic suburbs of Westchester County from an out-of-the-way terminal at Harlem River, in the Bronx.
